When I open ProcessVue in IE11 the windows are all truncated and appear on the left hand side

This issue is caused by IE11's compatibility view feature, ProcessVue's Analyser web client's address will be in the list of sites set to use the compatibility view mode.
To resolve the issue, using the Tools menu, simply remove the ProcessVue web client address from the list of "Websites you've added to compatibility view".
The windows should then appear correctly.
