Manually Configure 3G/4G eWONs for EE UK

When using an eWON with EE SIM card a modem setting has to be configured manually before we can run the wizard. This usually applies to firmware 13.0s Only but may occasionally be required in other cases for older SIM cards.
- Please go into Setup > Storage > Edit COM cfg.
- find the parameter PDPType and set it to IP
- Save and reboot the eWON
- Re-run the Step2 with correct APN settings and it will go through fine this time.
