I can't login to the FTP Server to download the latest version

This issue usually occurs when using FileZilla as your FTP Client, FileZilla uses a security setting as default that needs to be turned off before connecting to our FTP server.
From the Site Manager settings (File\Site Manager) configure the FTP details as per the following:
HOST: 81.133.106.70
PROTOCOL: FTP-File Transfer Protocol
ENCRYPTION: Only use plain FTP (insecure)
USER: - Login Name
PASSWORD: - Password
*Login Name = your username provided by MAC Solutions
*Password: = your password provided by MAC Solutions
Clicking connect will log you onto the FTP Server.
