The installation of either the SOE or Analyser thin Client fails almost immediately, what could be causing it to fail?

If you try to install either the Analyser or SOE Web Client and the installation aborts almost immediately, check to ensure that your computers Internet Information Services(IIS) was installed with IIS Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility enabled. If IIS was installed without these options, add them and try the installation again.
